Good day my loves! How are you all? I'm currently preparing for a party but I thought I should squeeze in some blog time. The truth is that I've been meaning to make this post for a while now, but something else always came up.
You probably already know that Olivia Palermo collaborated with Ciate London to create her own makeup line. I decided to show it to you here anyways because I think it's really beautiful and versatile and, of course, perfect for fall.
According to the reviews the colors and the formula are great, even though the selection is quite limited. I think that these products would look flattering on most skin tones and compliment nicely the facial features. Mostly warm toned, they will go well with many different outfits and make the transition from day to night much easier.
The only downside for me is the price. But we already knew that this is the price range of the brand. It's not that they raised the prices because of O.P.
Now to the important part. Is it really worth it? Well, I would say no! I absolutely adore Olivia and I think she has an amazing taste and style. But all the products are very basic, very common. There is nothing here that we haven't seen before. You can definitely find some really great and cheaper alternatives pretty much anywhere.
What about you guys? Have you tried any products from the new collection? What are your thoughts? Let me know in the comments below♥

?More or Less? #10
Hello guys! Here I am again with yet another #moreorless post! It's been a while, right? I just realised that I missed these and, since I had some spare time, I decided to give it a go.
As always, I wanted to stick to the trends and show you that it's not always about money. You can create the exact same look for so much less-it's ridiculous! And, unless someone is a fashion expert, they probably won't be able to tell the difference when they see you in person. I mean, sure, you pay more for better quality, but also MUCH more for the Brand.
Here, I tried to incorporate as many summer trends as I could and create a cute (transitional) outfit for you. Button-front denim skirt, lace-up ballerinas, aviators, a Drew bag, a bandana around your neck, a crop Bardot top with ruffles and Kendall Jenner's lariat(Y) necklace. If I added more the set would probably explode XD
I absolutely love these looks for summer and the beginning of fall and, because everything is just so basic in this set, you can pair it with so many different pieces and create many more outfits. A multitasker AND a bargain? Seals the deal for me!
Don't get me wrong, I would absolutely love to have an authentic Drew, but I can't afford it at the moment. And I'm sure most people on a budget can't as well. That is the reason I make these posts. Also, I want to show all of you that being chic and stylish doesn't necessarily require piles of money!
Anyway, I hope you liked this look. Let me know what you think about it and the trends in the comments below♥

MTV VMA 2015

Have a nice month everyone! I am hoping that this September will be epic, full of surprises and new experiences for us all♥
Did you guys get the chance to see this year's Video Music Awards that took place on August 30th? If, by any chance, you got to actually be there, then I don't like you XD If you didn't, just turn on MTV -whenever- during this entire month!
Like any previous ceremony, it was full of cool performances, high-profile celebrities, your daily dose of drama and, of course, some fierce red carpet looks. I gathered for you my favorites♥
Cara Delevingne was stylish, as always, in a mini Saint Laurent dress. Very appropriate for her age-and body type-if you ask me.
Rita Ora looked fierce in this edgy Vera Wang gown. Plus, she paired it nicely with sexy and dark makeup and nails.
Selena Gomez was one of the least "naked" appearances of the night. I like how she kept things very low-key and how chic and polished she looks in her Calvin Klein maxi dress.
Gigi Hadid's dress sure made plenty of heads turn, not only because of the color. Bold and fierce-much like her-this creation by Emilia Wickstead complimented her tan very nicely. I love Gigi♥
Surprisingly, I actually liked Nicki Minaj in this gold Labourjoisie gown. It reminded me of liquid gold!
Kylie Jenner didn't leave her comfort zone that much, but I enjoyed the way this Balmain dress looked paired with the wig.
Taylor swift kept it classic in this two-piece by Ashish and her golden pumps. Sometimes I feel that this girl can do no wrong!
Lily Aldridge was her usual sexy-chic self in this very elegant gown by Alexandre Vauthier. Again, this girl has timeless style.
Vanessa Hudgens played dress up and showed up as a bohemian fairy princess-as usual! She can accessorize like no other♥
Emily Ratajkowski was sexy and fashion forward in her Altuzarra dress. Her over-the-knee boots were simply made for her!
Bella Thorne looked like a modern-day princess ready to dance! Her sandals-and legs!- looked on point as always.
Chrissy Teigen was probably one of my favorites. Not only her Marchesa gown was sexy and chic, but she also looked very glowy and beautiful!
Katie Stevens was serious hot-stuff. The dress enhanced her curves perfectly and looked fabulous with her hair!
Demi Lovato looked sexy and young in this futuristic Nicolas Jebran dress. The color was just...*_*
I wasn't that impressed with Tinashe's bodycon dress, but I absolutely adored the boots! If only she could change the dress.
Brandi Cyrus rocked this mini dress -maybe too young for her? I liked it anyways!

Greer Grammer's dress was one of my favorites too. I love the color, but I think it would be better paired with gold dainty jewelry.

Martha Hunt was in my top five as well. In my opinion, she looked perfect in Georges Chakra and Stuart Weitzman heels♥
Both Kylie and Selena decided to go bolder and leave less to the imagination at the after-party. Both looked amazing in their sleek black cut-out dresses!
What about you guys? Which look was your favorite? Let me know in the comments below♥

Saturday, August 29, 2015

Hey guys! How is your weekend so far? I'm preparing for a pampering night-in as we speak! I know, big plans for Saturday night huh? XD Before we start I wanted to let you know about a special category that I'm hosting here for a month. It's about the "Single girl's 30 day challenge". There is a whole new page about it so go and check it out here, because I think you will be interested! Anyway, I don't want to ramble because I'm too excited for today's post.
If you've followed my blog for a while you probably know that I am a nail polish junkie. A makeup junkie in general, but I have a special place in my heart for nail polish! And new season means new shades!
I don't want to start talking about it but, unfortunately, summer has come to an end! In my opinion, we should all keep our memories inside our hearts and move on with our lives. After all, there are plenty of things to be happy about during the fall. New nail polish is one of them. Use the arrows to watch the slideshow on the top and read my caption for each color family^* Enjoy♥

BTS #6
BTS #6 by ell0oukaa featuring black shoes
Hello my loves! How are you today? Probably a bit sad that summer is coming to an end, right? I mean, it's kinda hard to find someone who is not having at least a little bit of fun during the summer... Oh well, I say we should embrace the present situation and get excited for what awaits us in the future.
Today I decided to make yet another post with outfit inspiration for back to school. Here I've got you covered for one more week, aka five new outfits! It's obvious that you don't need to copy these exact looks or go buy these exact clothes-cause then you will probably need to burn yours or your parents' credit cards XD. It's just me being creative and a complete sucker for anything involving playing stylist!
The first one(header) is girly and sporty which means you're going to feel comfortable while looking cute. I like how well the more bohemian pieces match with the athletic gear. Plus, this Kenzo bag is to-die-for!

BTS #7 by ell0oukaa featuring round glasses
The second one is more festival appropriate. Do you see how nicely you can transition your gypsy-style pieces by pairing them with rocker elements? This is the look I imagine worn by that slightly goth girl who didn't tan even a bit during the summer. Is it just me?
BTS #8
The third look is very trendy and sporty. As you can tell, I went a little overboard with my Kenzo obsession here. But, can you blame me? This sweatshirt is everything, especially if you tie it around your waist.

BTS #9 by ell0oukaa featuring vans shoes
The fourth one is probably my fave! So chic, stylish and trendy and yet, so laid back. I believe this flannel pretty much sums up most people's attitude in the morning classes. I don't even know where to start...the slip-ons, the BACKPACK, the bracelet, the GLASSES...?!?! Just...♥
BTS #10
BTS #10 by ell0oukaa featuring a motorcycle jacket
The last one is just a mix of everything trendy mentioned above. High Tops-check, choker-check, crop top-check, pop of color-check, aviators-CHECK! I really like it but, for some reason, I don't see myself wearing it. I don't know why though.
These outfits were a bit different from my last post and I really can't decide which one out of the two I prefer. All I know is I should find a new styling theme before I completely bore you with this one:P
Anyway, I hope you like these and that you got some sort of inspiration. Let me know your thoughts in the comments below♥
