Heaven Online

Here is one time that my title might have confused you. I'll explain. But, first things first (I'm the realest XD), have a nice month everyone!!! I couldn't be happier that January finally came to an end. Worst month so far, but I'm trying to remain optimistic. Let's hope that February will rock!
We all know how much I love to ramble, especially when it comes to my blog, but I'm too excited for today's post and I can't wait to show you.
Let's start with a little intro. We all know, and love, the good old lipsticks. Generations of women have been using them for so many years. Some of them have become truly iconic, like Marilyn Monroe's siren red. We all have them, we all use them, we all have a special place in our hearts for them.
Then God created the lipgloss. Young ladies' answer to the sophisticated and safe lipstick. Shiny, sometimes bold, fresh and easy to work with. You really can't have enough of them in your collection. Plus, you can use them on top of your favorite lipstick. Win win.
And then, suddenly, women all around the world started to use the lip pens. Unlike the lip liners, these weren't dry at all. On the contrary, they were moisturising, creamy and offered the effect of a glossy or a matte lipstick. Easier to apply, offering more precision and also twist-up. True handbag essentials.
Now, I'll skip the stains and the balms and so many more 21st century obsessions, because I have to get to the point.
The liquid lipsticks!
Yeah, that's right, we're going to go through some of the best liquified lipsticks. The trendiest beauty addiction of the moment that is going viral. And because you know me, and I kinda know you, apart from the well-known, high end stuff, I have some ridiculously affordable options for you! Now, if you don't know yet what exactly this is, let me enlighten you. It’s like a lip gloss with the opaqueness of a lipstick and the staying power of a lip stain. Say whaaaaaat? Now that I've intrigued you, let's get into the actual post.
Let's start with the product that really helped spread the word about liquid lipsticks. Yes, I'm talking about the liquified long wear lipstick, "Melted" from Too Faced. Girls are going bananas over them. You can't blame them, especially when you look at the gorgeous new shades in the collection. 21$
____________________________________________________________________________

The ones from Girlactik are the most expensive ones that I'll show you today. Few shades are in the market but we are expecting more soon. These liquid lipsticks became quite famous because the shades were used to recreate the Kylie Jenner lip. 23$
____________________________________________________________________________

Stila made the cut with the "Stay all day" liquid lipstick with an equally high price. Pretty safe colour palette I would say. Extra points though for the literal part of the name. This thing won't leave your lips unless you want it to. 22$
____________________________________________________________________________

Next up is Anastasia Beverly Hills. Mostly known for the brow and contouring products, the brand sure made an impact with the new liquid lipsticks. I seriously need to get my hands on "Pure Hollywood". 20$
____________________________________________________________________________
If you're going to engage yourself in any crime, it might as well be the "Lime Crime", and especially the Velvetines collection. Not such a wide colour selection as the previous ones, but the ones they have are truly worth it! 20$
____________________________________________________________________________

Kat Von D decided to name her line of liquid lipsticks "Everlasting" and she had good reason to. Grunge girl's best friend and with the prettiest artistic packaging we could ask for. I mean, if she didn't add tattoos on her cosmetics, who would? 19$
____________________________________________________________________________
There is nothing better than a healthy Dose of Colours, when it comes to liquid lipsticks. Not a wide variety, but the extremely bold colours sure make up for that. 18$
____________________________________________________________________________
Vegan, cruelty free, 100% matte and long lasting are some of the phrases Jeffree Star Cosmetics are using to describe their velour liquid lipstick. Tempting to start with. The downside is that only 3 colours are out. 18$
____________________________________________________________________________

Now guys, what if you don't want to spend 23$ on just one liquid lipstick? If you prefer to get 4 different shades instead of one for the same price, or you want to splurge on something else or you're just on a budget, then I have some options for you too. With a little digging you can find treasures in drugstore prices.
Let's go for the transition ones first.
Sephora always has it's own version of interesting to offer no matter what you're looking for. Sure, their "Luster Matte Long-Wear Lip Color" is not the cheapest one you can find, but it gets the job done. And the colours are pretty cute. 16$
____________________________________________________________________________
LA Splash apart from the breeziest name, technically takes up two spots in todays article with the "Smitten Liptint Mousse" and the "Lip Couture". The wildest colours and really great results for 11.98$
____________________________________________________________________________
This list wouldn't be complete without some beloved NYX. Some of the best drugstore cosmetics that have many girls swear on them. The "Butter Gloss" crashed the internet and so did their "Soft Matte Lip Cream". I just love that Athens is one of the names♥ Pretty awesome for 6$
____________________________________________________________________________
Makeup Revolution is a UK based brand that has probably one of the widest ranges of cosmetics and is also well-known for the great dupes that have been released. There are plenty of products I could mention, but I think their new "Lip Lavas" are the best fit for this post. I heard they make perfect dupes for the "Melted" ones that I mentioned in the beginning. 4.5$
____________________________________________________________________________
Makeup Academy also in UK, makes great dupes too. But the "Luxe Velvet Lip Lacquer" is not here in the name of dupes. Pretty close to Makeup Revolution when it comes to price and products, in case you're wondering. 4.5$
____________________________________________________________________________
The east coast brings us liquid lipstick in the lowest price with New York Color (NYC). Smooch Proof is a quality every girl needs nowadays. Kiss without any second thoughts involving your boyfriend looking like a clown afterwards. 2.99$
____________________________________________________________________________
I think this wraps it up guys! I hope the post wasn't too long, but if only you knew how many got left out. It's not that brands like Revlon and Milani weren't good enough, but I had to stop at some point. Anyways, I hope that you enjoyed it as much as I did.
Now, if you ask me who won, since this is a battle, I simply can't answer. I can't pick which flavor of ice cream I want, so yeah, this is totally up to you. Have you tried any of these? What did you think? Which one of these liquid beauties are you eyeing? Let me know in the comments below! ♥♥♥

Happy New Year everyone!!!
It's officially 2015 all over the world and I already feel better. I guess it's that feeling of the new beginnings and new chances to make things right. I hope you all had an awesome nye!
I'm still sick, like I told you, so my big new year's kiss came from my mum(who is also sick). But, apart from the misses, the bad memories and the tears, there are plenty of things that made 2014 one to remember. I decided to put together a list of last year's 14 highlights for me. Let's see.
1. Starting my blog
I made my very first post in January (1 year anniversary coming soon) and I still can't believe all the amazing things that have happened because of my blog. If you know me, I happy with just writing here and sharing my thoughts with you, and everything else that's coming is welcome(: I'll elaborate more in a few days.
2. Friends
From making existing bonds stronger to having explosive new contacts in my life, this year has been big. Some people went from acquaintance to one of the closest friends, others invaded my life so unexpectedly and others just proved that they are there for me, even if we don't see each other that often.
3. French
No, I'm not talking about kisses(although we had some of those too :$). I'm talking about the language. I've been taking french lessons since I was in kindergarten, and this year finally my efforts paid off. It was a real struggle and it required tons of hard work, but I got the final diploma and now I can officially teach French!
4. I'm a journalist!
I'm not just writing articles for my blog. Right now I'm also working with online magazines and websites, which is huge for someone aiming to work for a big fashion magazine one day. I would like to make a wish for Vogue, Elle, Harper's Bazaar and so many more, but I'm afraid you'll moque me. I'm still really young, and I'm shooting for the stars y'all!
5. Books
I know this might sound boring, but this year I read some incredible books. As a helpless bookworm I find books the best company, but I think that everyone can learn something while reading. I discovered so many different new worlds and I feel a lot richer. And, you see, this kind of gold nobody can take away from you.
6. Travel
I visited Crete for the first time and I absolutely loved it! I went to Nafplio and Paros too and I love these places, but I've been there before. Crete was a completely new experience, with breathtaking landscapes and such natural beauty. I'm a huge sucker for travelling anyways!
7. Makeup Skills
I always loved makeup, but all I knew a year ago was swiping eyeshadow on my lid and adding mascara. I started watching videos and tutorials and now I'm pleased to see that all my friends come to me to do their makeup. I guess I have an advantage since I was always into drawing and sketching, but still. My makeup collection is growing along with my skills and I'm so happy^^
8. Fashion Week
I went to fashion week twice this year with a press pass. It's obviously surreal to have access to all the shows and be able to sit at the front rows. The new designs, the models, the clothes...oh!
9. Fashion Crowd
Let's not forget all the wonderful people I met through my blog-mostly fellow bloggers-that are always willing to leave a sweet comment and send me messages. And stylists, makeup artists, designers, journalists...and I met some people in person who actually knew my blog!
10. Party
I didn't use to be a big party person, but this year I went to quite a lot and threw one myself. Now I'm definitely a party-party-party person :P. I sure want to go to some more in 2015. Let's hope that one of them will be at nye and I won't be sick again.
11. Sketch
In the beginning of the year, I had much more time to focus on doing one of the things I love. It's hard to believe in yourself, in your skills, sometimes. It's quite of an astonishment to see that you can recreate a beautiful sketch by a talented artist.
12. Tumblr
I was so happy when I saw my tumblr account grow so much in just one year. I got so many followers and it was so nice to realise that I actually have some fans and people who reblog almost every photo I post.
13. Collaborations
I can't describe my excitement when I got emails from some great people in the industry who wanted to work with me. I feel like it adds a special touch to each blog and kinda breaks the routine. I'm looking forward to many more collabs in 2015(fingers crossed).
14. Growth and maturity
I finally see right now that I've come a long way. I worked a lot on myself this past year and I'm happy that I let some things go and that some others don't matter to me anymore. It's hard to let things go, and especially if you are like me and you just don't start fights and stuff. But, I've learned a lot and I know now that, sometimes, it's for the best and you shouldn't let some things get to you. I have so many more things to improve this year!

What were your favorite things about 2014? I wanted to add music and films, but that's key every year. I don't know... let me know in the comments below.
