Have a nice month everyone! Can you believe it's May already? Last month of spring, yet still we haven't tasted spring. Not as much I'd wish to. The weather is so unstable, but we can only hope that May will be warm and, above all, full of happiness and success! There is a lot waiting this month, a lot of stress and a lot of work. And also my birthday! Please May, be good to us...
Since we're talking about spring, is there really anything else that screams spring other than colorful flowers? And more importantly, orchids? Orchid is the color of this year and has always been one of my favorites. It's fresh, it's beautiful and more unexpected than pink (my actual favorite color). It just makes me happy for some reason.
I must admit that I was a little hesitant with vibrant orchid lippies, but I've seen them in so many different lips and skin tones that I'm convinced! So, after an extensive search, and after learning more about Pantone, I've made a list with my favorite orchid makeup products for 2014. As always, I have chosen both expensive and more affordable ones. There are many more brands, and many more products that could be here, but I felt I should reduce the list a little. Also, I couldn't find decent photos for some of them.
You'll probably notice that I went a little crazy with the lip and nail products, but it's a fact: you can never have enough lippies and nail polishes! At least, I can't! I guess there's nothing left to say, only that I love them all so much! I hope you do too, enjoy!
