THE ULTIMATE GIFT GUIDE #2 {holiday edition}

Part 2 is here, like I promised! I don't know if this one is better(it actually depends on your preferences) but I think that both of these posts are more than enough to help you pick the perfect gift(s). If you missed the first four slideshows, you can check them out here.

The first one (header) is for the party girl in your life. She loves to have fun and she is not afraid to show it. This is her season and she is determined to go big or go home. Hence all the glitter and somewhat unconventional choices!

The second one is for your homebound friend. She loves her house more than anything and would rather chill on Netflix and takeout. You can say she is the opposite of the Party girl, but I really think that everyone who love to relax from time to time-or all the time-will enjoy these!

The third one is for that daredevil adventurous girl. She loves to travel, she loves to experiment, she loves to indulge in exotic luxuries and enjoy life! She is probably constantly on the run but somehow manages to look flawless in her own unique way.

I saved (again) my type of category for last. You know, that fashion geek friend who knows all the models and all the designers or who just loves to keep up with the latest trends and look stylish. If it's last season don't bother buying it-just kidding XD

My song of choice is Jingle Bell Rock as performed by Mean Girls-one of my favorite movies! I absolutely love Katie and the song and the costumes...♥
What do you guys think? WHich one of these categories is your favorite? let me know in the comments below♥

THE ULTIMATE GIFT GUIDE #1 {holiday edition}

That's right! Full-on Christmas mood is here. My crazy shopaholic self has taken over and we worked together to bring to you over 250 different gift ideas for the holidays-just in case you were sceptical about what to get to your loved-ones.
I decided to divide them into 8 different categories so you guys won't get completely lost-I wasn't joking about the 250! In this post I'm going to share with you the first four. It goes without saying that you can totally mix these and make the perfect present for your friends and family. I included gifts from under 10$ to over 1.000$(just for funXD). Stocking stuffers, full gifts and inspiration, it's all here! Let's get going!

The first slideshow(header) is about the Girl Boss. She is strong, emancipated, a bit of a workaholic, self-made, sexy and a "tad" stressed. Or just a powerful woman who loves and appreciates herself!

The second one is for the mature lady in your life. It could be your mom, granny or aunt, maybe your boss, or just the friend of yours who is simply at "that place in life". She is chic, confident and elegant and loves to indulge in luxury from time to time. She always seems to have her life-and herself-together!

We can't forget about the guys in our lives. Brother, father, boyfriend or just friend, there is no way you won't find something for him in here. Depending on his age and style, and your relationship, there are many different options here that he will enjoy.

I saved my category for last XD. I am utterly obsessed with beauty, that's not news. But your gift-receiver doesn't need to be a makeup expert to apply to this category. There are things here-like the classic rich red lipstick-that even a beginner will enjoy!
As for my festive shopping song of choice I went for this version of a beloved classic song. I love it and after watching the video I bet you'd want to go shopping ^*

So, those were the first ones. Which category is your favorite so far? What have you bought for your friends so far? Let me know in the comments below♥

Hey guys! How is your week going so far? I'm relaxing and pampering myself, preparing, because you know what they say, the best is yet to come! It's finally starting to feel like fall here and i'm so excited! Summer is my favorite season, but I just can't wait for sweater weather-you feel me?
New season means new experiences, new opportunities and, of course, new wardrobe! I know it's not easy for everyone to completely change their closet, I mean, I know I sure can't afford it. But I always want to purchase some new things just to cheer me up and get me all pumped for the new season, even if it involves school and hard work. Plus, buying something new could offer you new perspective when it comes to your old clothes.
I don't know if you are like me, but I love to buy staple pieces-maybe with a twist-and then adjust them to fit my style by layering and accessorizing. Even if you're not, you can't deny the beauty of a good old versatile piece.
Since I was searching for new stuff to buy myself, I decided to make a small list for you all, only with stylish, multitasking, affordable and much needed pieces for fall. Flannels, booties, sweaters and beanies-they're all here.I wanted to incorporate some sneakers and over-the-knee boots too, but I didn't find anything satisfying.
Anyway I hope you guys like what I picked, even though I kinda stayed in my comfort zone. I think you can make many different interesting combinations with all these! If you want to check out all the outfits I put together you can visit my profile on Polyvore

Here is one time that my title might have confused you. I'll explain. But, first things first (I'm the realest XD), have a nice month everyone!!! I couldn't be happier that January finally came to an end. Worst month so far, but I'm trying to remain optimistic. Let's hope that February will rock!
We all know how much I love to ramble, especially when it comes to my blog, but I'm too excited for today's post and I can't wait to show you.
Let's start with a little intro. We all know, and love, the good old lipsticks. Generations of women have been using them for so many years. Some of them have become truly iconic, like Marilyn Monroe's siren red. We all have them, we all use them, we all have a special place in our hearts for them.
Then God created the lipgloss. Young ladies' answer to the sophisticated and safe lipstick. Shiny, sometimes bold, fresh and easy to work with. You really can't have enough of them in your collection. Plus, you can use them on top of your favorite lipstick. Win win.
And then, suddenly, women all around the world started to use the lip pens. Unlike the lip liners, these weren't dry at all. On the contrary, they were moisturising, creamy and offered the effect of a glossy or a matte lipstick. Easier to apply, offering more precision and also twist-up. True handbag essentials.
Now, I'll skip the stains and the balms and so many more 21st century obsessions, because I have to get to the point.
The liquid lipsticks!
Yeah, that's right, we're going to go through some of the best liquified lipsticks. The trendiest beauty addiction of the moment that is going viral. And because you know me, and I kinda know you, apart from the well-known, high end stuff, I have some ridiculously affordable options for you! Now, if you don't know yet what exactly this is, let me enlighten you. It’s like a lip gloss with the opaqueness of a lipstick and the staying power of a lip stainSay whaaaaaat? Now that I've intrigued you, let's get into the actual post.
Let's start with the product that really helped spread the word about liquid lipsticks. Yes, I'm talking about the liquified long wear lipstick, "Melted" from Too Faced. Girls are going bananas over them. You can't blame them, especially when you look at the gorgeous new shades in the collection. 21$

The ones from Girlactik are the most expensive ones that I'll show you today. Few shades are in the market but we are expecting more soon. These liquid lipsticks became quite famous because the shades were used to recreate the Kylie Jenner lip. 23$

Stila made the cut with the "Stay all day" liquid lipstick with an equally high price. Pretty safe colour palette I would say. Extra points though for the literal part of the name. This thing won't leave your lips unless you want it to. 22$

Next up is Anastasia Beverly Hills. Mostly known for the brow and contouring products, the brand sure made an impact with the new liquid lipsticks. I seriously need to get my hands on "Pure Hollywood". 20$
If you're going to engage yourself in any crime, it might as well be the "Lime Crime", and especially the Velvetines collection. Not such a wide colour selection as the previous ones, but the ones they have are truly worth it! 20$

Kat Von D decided to name her line of liquid lipsticks "Everlasting" and she had good reason to. Grunge girl's best friend and with the prettiest artistic packaging we could ask for. I mean, if she didn't add tattoos on her cosmetics, who would? 19$
There is nothing better than a healthy Dose of Colours, when it comes to liquid lipsticks. Not a wide variety, but the extremely bold colours sure make up for that. 18$
Vegan, cruelty free, 100% matte and long lasting are some of the phrases Jeffree Star Cosmetics are using to describe their velour liquid lipstick. Tempting to start with. The downside is that only 3 colours are out. 18$

Now guys, what if you don't want to spend 23$ on just one liquid lipstick? If you prefer to get 4 different shades instead of one for the same price, or you want to splurge on something else or you're just on a budget, then I have some options for you too. With a little digging you can find treasures in drugstore prices.
Let's go for the transition ones first.
Sephora always has it's own version of interesting to offer no matter what you're looking for. Sure, their "Luster Matte Long-Wear Lip Color" is not the cheapest one you can find, but it gets the job done. And the colours are pretty cute. 16$
LA Splash apart from the breeziest name, technically takes up two spots in todays article with the "Smitten Liptint Mousse" and the "Lip Couture". The wildest colours and really great results for 11.98$
This list wouldn't be complete without some beloved NYX. Some of the best drugstore cosmetics that have many girls swear on them. The "Butter Gloss" crashed the internet and so did their "Soft Matte Lip Cream". I just love that Athens is one of the names♥ Pretty awesome for 6$
Makeup Revolution is a UK based brand that has probably one of the widest ranges of cosmetics and is also well-known for the great dupes that have been released. There are plenty of products I could mention, but I think their new "Lip Lavas" are the best fit for this post. I heard they make perfect dupes for the "Melted" ones that I mentioned in the beginning. 4.5$
Makeup Academy also in UK, makes great dupes too. But the "Luxe Velvet Lip Lacquer" is not here in the name of dupes. Pretty close to Makeup Revolution when it comes to price and products, in case you're wondering. 4.5$
The east coast brings us liquid lipstick in the lowest price with New York Color (NYC). Smooch Proof is a quality every girl needs nowadays. Kiss without any second thoughts involving your boyfriend looking like a clown afterwards. 2.99$
I think this wraps it up guys! I hope the post wasn't too long, but if only you knew how many got left out. It's not that brands like Revlon and Milani weren't good enough, but I had to stop at some point. Anyways, I hope that you enjoyed it as much as I did.
Now, if you ask me who won, since this is a battle, I simply can't answer. I can't pick which flavor of ice cream I want, so yeah, this is totally up to you. Have you tried any of these? What did you think? Which one of these liquid beauties are you eyeing? Let me know in the comments below! ♥♥♥
The photos that I didn't take from the official websites of the brands, and are not watermarked by someone else, I found on - - www, - - - - - - - - - - -

Hey guys! How is October going so far?
We are officially in fall mood and we should definitely dress like it. Since "no white after labor day" is far gone, you are free to wear pretty much everything. But, for those of you who actually want to embrace the warmer fall colors, gladly brown/beige is here. Whether it's light powder almost pink or dark camel it simply goes with everything and it can instantly make your outfits look more expensive and chic. If you want a bolder result, just dress it up with some statement jewelry or add a pop of color. It's hard to go wrong with these neutral tones.
Win-win if you ask me. So, I thought I should gather all the great pieces for the season in just one article. For you. I know there are mainly designer pieces in the list, but it's basically an inspiration list. I will make a post with different fall outfits with beige and brown, but until then, you can have the slideshow.
Leather, suede, sheer fabrics, cashmere... Clothes and accessories. All you need for the season! And maybe some things you don't. I girl has to buy what a girl has to buy, that's all I sayXD
Just use the arrows to see all the pictures. And, as always, enjoy!

Have a nice month everyone!!! I don't know if you guys love Urban Decay or not but, the moment I say their new products, I knew they had to be on the blog. Everyone has been obsessing over the Naked series for so long, so it's great to see some new stuff for a change.
The new additions include two eye shadow palettes, two eye pencil sets and one mini lipstick stash. Simply, all the things color to work with this(and the next, and the next) season.
The first palette, Vice3, offers a wide selection of colors and finishes, while the Shadow Box sticks to the shimmers.
The eye pencils start from classic black and reach bold metallics and brave colors such as electric blue. The lipstick minis come in 3 new and 3 already existing bestselling shades and a full-size lip pencil.
My personal favorite is probably the Vice3 palette since it contains all anyone needs for eye shadow, the nudes, the greys and the jewel tones, including a double-ended brush. Plus, it offers some colors without shimmer, which has always been my problem with the Naked palettes. Too much shimmer.
It's quite of a good deal to give 60$ for these 20 colors and a brush, all full size. It depends on whether you are willing to spend this amount of money for eyeshadows. But, the quality is good, you already know that if you've ever tried UD products before. And please, let's take a moment and think about the YSL couture palettes that offered only 5 colors for the same price. If you don't know what I'm talking about, just check out my old post about them here.
I don't know if you like these new products, but I know for sure that Urban Decay is raising the bar once again and makes it hard for us to choose just one product from just one brand.
Wouldn't it be perfect if we could afford them all?
I hope you guys are enjoying makeup as much as I do and I hope that life is going well. Don't hesitate to leave a comment and tell me your thoughts on these new products and, until the next time, enjoy!
