SPRING FESTIVAL MAKEUP TUTORIAL♡

Hello my darlings! Is your Monday going great? Ha-ha dumb question, I know. Well, maybe this post will spice it up a little bit. I decided to take a tiny break from my mini series, since I posted this brand new video.
I'm uploading once a month now...I'm slowly getting there. Anyway, Coachella(aka my dream festival) is right around the corner and, even though I'm not going, I'm excited. Thus, I created this makeup look. I think it's great for any spring-bohemian festival and I believe that it compliments that extra trendy 70's vibe.
Well, I think it's bohemian, my dad thinks it's middle eastern...who knows XD Nonetheless, I really dig it and Ι like the way it looks on me. Plus, I had so much fun filming it^_^
What do you guys think? Do you like my look? Let me know in the comments below♥

Valentine's Day Makeup Tutorial♥

Yes, I finally uploaded another video! I've been wanting to do it for so long, but I was incredibly busy with my finals. But, the minute I finished, I sat down to film this look for you!
It's probably my favorite look so far, because it is feminine and maybe "subtle" but it's also really sexy and glam. This time, I wanted to go all the way, hence the falsies and the contouring. I would definitely wear this for valentine's or for a date and I think that anyone can pull it off, no matter the skin tone or the style. I wore this on a night out with friends, with this mauve turtleneck, a black skirt and over-the-knee boots, but you can pair it with so many different looks.
I realised that most of the VD tutorials involved pinks and mauves and glitter, but that was after I had uploaded it XD
Anyway, I hope you guys like this look whether you are single or in a relationship. Make sure to tag me if you recreate this♥
All the products I used are in the YT description bar^*

YOUTUBE CONTEST♥

Hello my lovelies! How are you? I'm currently incredibly busy and overwhelmed because of my finals but I just had to share my video with you.
It's part of a greek competition for new youtubers-hence me speaking Greek XD! Many people from all around Greece sent their submissions and the people organising the contest chose the top 100. Mine included! I couldn't believe it, to be honest^^
Now it's up to the crowd to decide their top 20 picks. I don't see mine winning but I'm still proud that I got some sort of recognition and, of course, I'm proud for my effort and the result.
The contest ends in 5 days and I finally got the chance to share it with you. I would really appreciate it if you could check it out and give it a thumbs up if you enjoy it. Even if you can't understand greek you can just mute me and watch the tutorial:P
I hope you like it! Let me know in the comments below♥

FALL GLAM MAKEUP TUTORIAL♥

You guessed it right, it's another Youtube video! I'm so excited to share this with you. I know I've been on and off with Youtube for so long, but with so many things going on in my life it's hard to keep up. I've noticed though that whenever I do them, you guys seem to enjoy them as much as I do. I will try to upload more often from now on and I will definitely upload another one next month since I'm planning something special for you (shhhh ^*)!
In this one, I'm showing you an easy way to create a glamorous yet wearable makeup look using products mainly from the drugstore. It goes without saying that you can use things you already own to recreate this. I am not a makeup artist and I'm still learning, so please don't judge!
I believe that this look is perfect for fall (and beyond) and it combines nicely warm neutrals with the smoky effect and bold lips. Feel free to play around and add winged liner for a more dramatic effect or change for nude lips in order to make this more daytime-appropriate. It all depends on your style and taste!
I hope you guys like this video, give it a thumbs-up if you do! Please subscribe to my channel and check out my previous videos! Let me know what you think in the comments below♥

SPOOKY HALLOWEEN NAIL TUTORIAL(S) x JULEP

Oh boy! This is my 100th post! I simply can't believe it! There are so many things that I want to say about this blog and all the experiences that it has offered me, but I'm waiting until January when it's going to be officially 1 year old!
I can't think of a better way to celebrate this post, than the awesome collab with Julep. As I'm sure you know, Julep is a fab beauty brand widely loved all over the world. If you don't know them yet, just check out their new nail polish color page and I'm sure you'll love them like I do.
In my part of this post, I will show you how to create a fun spooky design on your nails for Halloween. I decided to go for a goth, zombie kind of thing. I think it really sets you in the mood.
Step 1:
Apply base coat and dye your nails with black polish. I used the black one from Seventeen (or Julep's "Jet"). Apply twice for a bolder result.
Step 2:
After the black coat dries, take a white polish and create a big dot in the middle of your nail. Make sure that the dot is not too thick otherwise it will take forever to dry. I used "Winter White" by Maybelline (or Julep's "Dana"-extra points since it gets electric blue under black light- super spooky).
Step 3:
Use the brush tips and extend from the dot to create the jaw. Basically a tiny square. It doesn't have to be perfect.
Step 4:
After the head of your skull dries, use the same black nail polish we used in the beginning to create two ellipses for the eyes, a smaller and a larger one. Use the top of your black brush on the jaw to create the illusion of teeth. Let the details dry.
Step 5:
Use a dark red polish to add some blood. Be creative! I wanted blood coming out of the eyes and the mouth and then I thought it would be nice to have blood falling on the skull from the tip of my nail. I used "Red Seduction" by Maybelline (or Julep's "Anisha").

Step 6:
Use the tip of your brush to create red or white scars and maybe add some more blood at the rest of the nails.

Step 7:
Finish with top coat and you are done!

Your nails can be shaped however you like, to achieve this look. I like mine in the rounded square shape. I didn't use any special tools to create this, just the regular brushes of each polish. You can use a toothpick though if you find it hard to do it with the brush.

And now, for the Julep's part of the post, they send me and exclusive Halloween nail tutorial, just for you guys! How amazing is that? It's obviously much more professional than my design and super fun to do. Enjoy!
I believe that this collab was a perfect fit for my 100th post, since I don't believe that any of my readers are not nail junkies. I know I am!
I hope you guys enjoyed this extra special exclusive post. If you decide to recreate any of these two I would love to see it, so please post a photo on instagram and tag me @helena_tsk and Julep @julepmaven
Don't forget to check out Julep's page www.julep.com and to visit my blog again for more posts like this one.
Have an awesome weekend!

3 WAYS TO USE A WHITE PENCIL VOL.2

Hey guys! How are you? I'm sorry I'm kinda late on posting all the things I should but life has been very hectic the past few weeks. I didn't have time to do anything and when I did, the wifi decided to bail on me. But I keep telling myself to keep it up, trying to hold on to the things that make me happy.
Speaking of which, I'm so very much excited because yesterday the french diploma results went on. I passed! And this is not just like any other diploma. Now I have the right to teach french and study easier in france if I want to! I am extremely happy and I wish good things will keep coming.
Back to the video now. This is the 2nd and final part of my tutorial showing you different ways to use a white eye pencil. In this part I'm using it on the waterline and on my upper lid.
Enjoy and if you found this helpful please press like and subscribe to my channel for more videos like this in the future!

3 WAYS TO USE A WHITE EYE PENCIL VOL.1

With the weekend already here, I thought I should share with you my wisdom. Or not. I mean, I don't think I have any wisdom or whatever when it comes to fashion and beauty. I'm just passionate and love to search and try new things. Experience and a good eye, you could say I have. And a creative mind.
So, when I bought this white eye pencil, I didn't really know what to do with it. I had seen everyone obsessing over it, but I needed to find a way to incorporate it in my everyday lifestyle. As it turns out, I found three.
In this video I'm demonstrating the first one, the most useful, if you ask me. Using it to highlight different areas of your face.
