HOLIDAY MAKEUP ♡

Happy New Year everyone! Can you believe it's finally 2017? I am so glad that we are moving on from the year that must not be named ;) I had the most amazing time on nye and I really hope you did too. Being genuinely happy around my friends and family is something so precious and empowering and it really gave me hope for the future. May the new year bring happiness, health, love and success to us all! I wish all the best for you and your loved ones ♥
I don't know about you, but makeup always makes me happy. Thus, one of the things that put a smile on my face this holiday season, were all the press samples I received. Aromca was kind enough to send me a bunch of makeup and I can't thank them enough!
I mostly got lip products. A gorgeous waterproof lipliner from Artdeco in the shade "10", a lovely deep red shade(1st swatch). I also got a matte red lipstick (Perfect Mat 116 Poppy Red) from the same brand (3rd swatch) and a creamy one from Erre Due (Full Color Lipstick No.420 Criminal Red) in a similar shade (2nd swatch). Both of them have orange undertones-which are not my favorite-but they are very pretty. The only downside to the E.D. lipstick is that is bleeds and gets on my teeth. Like, a lot :/ So I guess I either need a lip primer or a lipliner underneath.
The third lipstick that I got was also from Erre Due (4th swatch) in the shade 587. It's a gorgeous matte vine shade that is right up my alley. It vanished when I ate, but stayed put all night when I was drinking on NYE ;)

I'm really excited about the highlighter that I got too. It's in the shade Cinderella Pink-My Precious Glow (5th swatch) and it's a lovely pinky-white shade. It offers more of a subtle glow, but it gets better if you spray it with some Fix Plus. It has a gorgeous floral design and it smells like a delicious cupcake♥ #yum
Other than that, I got the Velvet Touch Lengthening Mascara from Artdeco and a brow pencil from Erre Due. I haven't tried either of them because I already have some mascaras in my rotation and I didn't want this one to dry out and I also gave the brow pencil to my mum as a gift, since I don't need to fill in my eyebrows.
All in all, I am beyond excited with all the makeup that was send to me and I can't wait to play more with it!

MAKEUP & LINGERIE ft. ADORE ME

Hello my loves! I missed you! Can you believe it's almost November? It honestly feels like summer was yesterday. Colder weather means that we get to wear our favorite pieces again and, of course shop for new ones^_^
Pairing your makeup with your clothes is so important in order to have a cohesive look but, what about lingerie? Maybe you don't have to worry about it when you're single (I mean that is completely up to you). But, when your s.o. is also taking a look, matching your makeup to your lingerie is the perfect finishing touch.
That is why I teamed up-once again-with Adore Me, to share with you our favorite beauty trends for fall and how we like to pair them with our undies. I won't lie to you, being "curvy" myself, bras and panties are my guilty pleasure and I have a full drawer devoted to them. And I want more XD
My biggest obsession when it comes to beauty, this fall, is cranberry. I love deep red tones sooo much and I like how they look amazing from your lips to your eyes to your fingertips. Plus, I feel that they really make my green eyes pop. Like I said, obsessed!
Luckily for me, happens to be the sexiest color. And it's also perfect for the holiday season. But I don't really love the in-your-face-vibrant-red. I like bordeaux and vine so much more. Thus, I would pair my red makeup with deep red lingerie, or classic black ones with red accents.
Some of my faves are:

Check out more amazing lingerie at www.adoreme.com and take a look at the pairings they love!

What do you guys think? What is your favorite lingerie set? Let me know in the comments below♥

DAY 2 NIGHT ft. AUrate ♥

Hello my loves! Enjoying the rain today? I sure was happy I finally got to wear my boots again! They're such a great staple and one of my favorite transition pieces.
Transition doesn't always have to be from one season to another but, also, from day to night. It's so nice to find great staple pieces that you can dress up or down, depending on your obligations and your mood.
The gold bar necklace from AUrate, is certainly one of them. Honestly, I would say that it is so chic and versatile that you could wear it literally anywhere from the beach to the most glamorous fashion gala. Today, I wanted to incorporate it into two looks that I would definitely wear from day to night. I also used that gorgeous slip dress as a glam key piece in both looks.
For the daytime version, I added a white t-shirt which instantly takes it from Carrie Bradshaw naked dress to 2016 hot street trend. I love how the sneakers and the distressed denim make the look more sporty and casual.
As for the evening look, I opted for black accessories to make the gold dress and necklace really stand out. Perfect and basic, with a touch of sparkling glam. So me♥
I believe that both these looks are extremely wearable and easy to pull off by anyone. My goal was to show you that you could be casual and comfy, even while wearing 14k gold, at work, college etc.
So, what do you guys think? What would you pair this lovely necklace with? Let me know in the comments below ^* and don't forget to visit the AUrate website to check out their entire collection!

SUMMER WISH LIST♡

Good morning my loves! How are you all this beautiful sunny day? I'm back home for a couple of days and it's boiling hot here. But, thankfully, I will be going back to the beach and there will also be some more travelling involved ^_^
Since I tend to travel quite a lot, especially during the summer, I know that packing can be tricky. This is why I teamed up with Spring to share with you my essentials for the beach. You guys should totally check out their website www.shopspring.com. They have such a wide selection of pretty much everything you need at every price point.
My first essential has to be a large tote. I think a tote is the perfect style because you can fit so many things in it and you could even carry it on your shoulder. It's chic and practical and you don't have to worry about it getting all dirty from the sand and the salty water.
Then, you're going to need your beauty fix! Sunscreen, makeup, self-tanners and, of course, a cute little bag to fit everything in. Go for waterproof formulas with high SPF. I, surprisingly enough, don't wear makeup at the beach, but everyone is different ;)
And let's not forget about fun! I personally love a good book under the cooling shadow of the umbrella. But, I always bring my camera with me to capture all the amazing moments and my headphones(so I won't bother everyone else who is trying to chill!). When I'm with friends, we never forget some board game and, very important, our beach towels so we won't have to sit on the sand!
Last, but definitely not least, are the obvious. Bathing suits, cover-ups, hats and sunnies! There are SO many different styles to chose from that I just can't. I could buy a different pair of sunglasses for every single day of summer-yes I have an addiction XD

So what do you guys think about my picks? What are your summer essentials? Let me know in the comments below♥

SPRING TRAVEL ESSENTIALS♡

Hello my darlings! How are you today? I'm super pumped because my birthday is only a couple of days away and I just can't wait to celebrate! Also, May equals warmer weather and fun spring getaways. I love travelling so much and the little control-freak inside of me loves planning and packing and making lists.
So, I teamed up with HomeAway to share with you my top 5 essentials. The ones that I can't live without at home and, especially, when I travel!

Sunnies
I think that sunglasses are such a huge necessity all year round but you need them even more if you're going to be exposed to the sun a lot. It doesn't matter if you have light and sensitive eyes like I do or not, pick a stylish pair that flatters your face shape (I'm a sucker for anything cat-eye) and avoid wrinkling!

Book
I know that a lot of people prefer playing card games or listening to music, but I think that nothing can compare to a good book. I find peace when I'm reading at the beach and I'm taking a little break from technology. What I'm reading atm: The shell seekers

Sunscreen
I absolutely love my SPF, I'm pale as paper though so i don't really have a choice XD) but I still need to remind myself to reapply every now and then. Cause wrinkles and melanoma are not chic my dears haha.

Cocktails
When it's hot and sunny I can't even find enough energy to eat. All I want to do is lay under the umbrella with a cold colorful drink in hand. Whether it's alcohol or delicious invigorating juice, that's up to you ^*

Hat
Hats are my go-to fashion staple whenever I travel. They look awesome, they protect you and they can be a great way to hide a bad hair day at a humid place. I really want to try a big one like Rachel's once.

Looking for the best place to go? As for my destination of choice? Greek islands of course! Don't just stick to Santorini, there are so many equally breathtaking places to visit ;) Trust me!
What about you guys? Will you go anywhere? What are your top 5 essentials to pack? Let me know in the comments below♥

ADIDAS BY MARY KATRANTZOU

I know it's been a long time, or so it feels like. I know I should post more often like I used to. But my schedule is really overwhelming and I don't have the time to do many of the things I love, including writing on my blog. Because it's not just the time you take to write something. It's also the time you need to find an idea, or read about something, do your research, find or create the material you need... If I had more time in my hands I would totally put much more energy to each post, and I will do this in the future for sure. But, for now, I have to go with it.
Today, I decided to share with you a very exciting collaboration that was revealed a few days ago-in case you missed it. Yes, I'm talking about the collection that Mary Katrantzou designed for Adidas Originals. For those of you who don't know it, Mary Katrantzou is Greek, so it makes me very proud to see her great success. She's one of the few greek designers that make such a huge impact abroad and sell their products at delux sites like Net-a-Porter.
This one is really one of the hottest collabs of the season, the one the fashion crowd was impatiently waiting, and it didn't let us down. I love how colorful and fun all the pieces are and I love how they mixed and matched different styles and patterns.
It goes without saying that I would wear all these-I'm not saying that I would look good in all of them but I would certainly give it a try! My favorite ones are the dress, the top and the skirt at the header and the black-purple jacket. I know, I'm predictable.
Anyways, enjoy ;)
